‘Yoga helped me get more in tune with my body and eased the neck pains I used to get from a shoulder injury. The physical yoga practises of Hatha Yoga are specifically designed to free the body from tension so that you can sit comfortably for yoga breathing exercises and meditation.
‘The range of ages in the classes I teach are from conception to people in their 70s. I believe there is yoga to suit all ages. Often people get more into the meditative practices as they get older but it doesn’t mean they stop moving!’
